Ausdrill is experiencing significant growth and we need skilled and experienced people to join our operations both in Australia and internationally.

All permanent Perenti employees who are employed up to Supervisor level are eligible to submit referrals. The qualifying roles for the referral program are listed below.

There is a general reward scheme on offer contingent on the role and a ‘Supercharged’ reward stream for our high demand roles – currently Drill Fitter candidates. Refer to the information below for the reward allocation for the different eligible roles. Please note all amounts are in AUD and inclusive of tax and super.
You will be eligible for half the payment on the first day the referred candidate starts with the Company and the remainder will be paid once the candidate passes their probation period. This payment will be paid into your account on the next pay cycle.

Should your referred candidate be deemed a suitable candidate, we will progress them through our recruitment process.
Referrals outside these roles can be submitted and is at the discretion of the business as to whether a referral is paid.
