Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, your primary function will be managing all Ausdrill Limited daily exploration activities and allocation of drill crew and ancillary personnel.Key Accountabilities and DutiesCompliance with all company and legislative policies, procedures, and regulations always.Maintenance and compliance of the company safety management plan.Train, develop and oversee current and new members of the crew.Troubleshoot and diagnose drilling-related problems.Control logistics.Maintain company vehicles and equipment to Ausdrill standards.Maintain effective levels of communication.What Qualifications / Experience Do I Need?Must have both Air and Diamond Drilling experience.Coal Board Medical and Coal Experience.Cert IV in Drilling Operations.Incident and investigation training. (ICAM) (Lead Investigator preferred)Supervision training.Experience working on BMA sites advantageous.Cert lV Frontline Management. (preferred)Two years of industry experience relevant to this position. Ausdrill is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.

Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, your primary function will be managing all Ausdrill Limited daily exploration activities and allocation of drill crew and ancillary personnel.

  • Compliance with all company and legislative policies, procedures, and regulations always.
  • Maintenance and compliance of the company safety management plan.
