Site Maintenance Superintendent

BTP Group is a subsidiary of Ausdrill Ltd and is one of Australia's leading suppliers of machinery parts and equipment to the mining and earthmoving industries.BTP Group currently seek to engage a qualified and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead our site-based teams on a fixed 5 on 2 off roster.Joining us, you will become the valued leader of our Maintenance team based on site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-line leadership team ensuring that servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of predominantly CAT heavy equipment is completed safely, providing a quality service to our client.General skills, experience and knowledge required:HD Trade Qualifications - minimum Trade Certificate (Please note this is not a Cert III)3-5yrs post trade experience with time spent as a site SupervisorCurrent S1, S2, S3, G2Current STD 11Experience in electrical and hydraulic fault findingExperience working with ET and SIS programsHR Licence preferredGood written and oral communication with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisationBasic Dogging and Rigging, W@H, Forklift and Crane tickets would be an advantage.Rewards:9.5% Super paid on all hours workedFull Black Coal Award Entitlements including up to 6 weeks (30 days) Annual LeaveCompany maintained vehicleAs a Company, we promote an inclusive and collaborative culture at BTP.   • HD Trade Qualifications - minimum Trade Certificate (Please note this is not a Cert III)
  • 3-5yrs post trade experience with time spent as a site Supervisor
  • Current S1, S2, S3, G2
  • Current STD 11
  • Experience in electrical and hydraulic fault finding
  • Experience working with ET and SIS programs
  • HR Licence preferred
  • Good written and oral communication with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation

Basic Dogging and Rigging, W@H, Forklift and Crane tickets would be an advantage.
