Responsible for the effective and efficient completion of maintenance activities.This role will require the successful applicant to reside within 80 km of Boggabri. Ausdrill are currently seeking a suitably experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to support the coordination and completion of field-based maintenance activities. Responsible for the effective and efficient completion of maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Australian Recognised HD Trade Certificate
  • HD Cert 3 and Statement of attainment – Preferred
  • Five years’ experience in heavy vehicle maintenance is essential
  • Five years‘ experience within the Drilling/Mining industry (desirable)
  • Experience supervising the activities of maintenance personnel
  • Able to prioritise work activities to meet operational needs
  • Hold a valid driver's license – HR truck Licence is desirable
  • Experienced and adapt to working in remote and hot site conditions
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of maintenance planning tools and systems
