Headquartered in Australia, Perenti has operations and offices in 13 countries across four continents, employs around 8,000 mining professionals and is creating enduring value and certainty for clients on some of the world’s largest mining projects.Based out of the Mackay office, BTP Group are currently seeking a mature and experienced Site Administrator required to provide support to our maintenance operations based out of the Bowen Basin.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well within a team environment, be confident to take and receive direction and possess the skills to build, and maintain, good working relationships with both Senior members and key stakeholders.As the Maintenance Site Administrator your primary responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Processing maintenance travel and accommodation requests for site employeesCompleting site access and site transfersProject and work order creationEntering staff time sheet entriesCreating Purchase Orders for suppliersReportingOther ad-hoc administrative dutiesExperience / Qualifications required:Working knowledge & experience with PRONTORelevant and recent experience in a similar site administrative roleAbility to successfully complete a medicalC class licenceMS Office knowledgeAs a Company, we promote an inclusive and collaborative culture at Perenti Group. Experience / Qualifications required:

  • Working knowledge & experience with PRONTO
  • Relevant and recent experience in a similar site administrative role
  • Ability to successfully complete a medical
  • C class licence
  • MS Office knowledge
