Based out of our Hazelmere workshop WA, reporting to the National Operations Manager, the primary function of this role will be to provide leadership and guidance to the Hydraulics, Engineering and Fabrication operations team.

About you:

  • 10 + years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
  • Recognised National Trade Certificate or similar
  • Exposure to complex machining and fabrication operations
  • Understanding of Caterpillar SIS systems, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Proven experience in budgets, P&L and people management
  • Diploma of Front-Line Management or Degree is highly desirable
