Ausdrill is currently seeking an experienced Drill Trainer to work locally in Kalgoorlie, Monday to Friday. The role of Drill Trainer is to coordinate and conduct on the job training and workplace assessments as well as maintaining the site training management system.

  • Deliver Ausdrill training programs
  • Conduct workplace assessments, using Ausdrill and/or third-party assessment tools
  • Maintain the site Training Management Systems, including site training matrix
  • Participate in training material reviews and/or validation
  • Liaise with site project manager with regards to site training requirements

To be successful, the candidate must have:

  • 5 years’ experience in blast hole drilling, specifically grade control
  • Cert IV TAE10
  • TAELLN 411 Address Adult Language, literacy and numeracy
  • Cert IV WHS (desirable)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
