It is our goal to eliminate conditions or incidents that could result in personal injury or ill health in our employees and subcontractors, or damage to the environment.

Ausdrill is committed to continual improvement of workplace health and safety in partnership with employees and sub-contractors. The management ensures that supervisors and employees understand their specific responsibilities for HS&E and that site activities are carried out in a manner fully compliant with the relevant regulatory bodies.

Furthermore, Ausdrill takes all steps to ensure the safety and health of persons working in our workplaces and to prevent damage to company property, equipment and the environment.

We provide compulsory training so that each employee develops the skills and attitude that will ensure health and safety. Our employees share responsibility with management in ensuring the safety and well being of themselves and other people in the workplace and ensuring that no individual works in an unsafe situation or manner.

Ausdrill undertakes the ongoing and continual identification of hazards, risk assessment and risk control in order to identify and manage all HS&E concerns.

Ausdrill is currently implementing ISO18001 Standards across many of its worksites in East Africa.
